The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development authorizes the use of the Gusto del Sur brand based on the provisions of Decree 153/2023, approved by the Governing Council on June 27, 2023.
Agri-food and fisheries companies that want to use the Gusto del Sur brand must send their application through a form, addressed to the head of the General Directorate with competence in agri-food quality.
Authorization to use the brand will be granted individually to agri-food and fisheries operators, for the products and brands for which it is requested, provided that they meet the established requirements.
Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG), Geographical Indications of spirit drinks (GISD), Geographical Indications of aromatized wine products (GIAWP) and Traditional terms for wines.
